x86_64 add/sub atomic ops does not seems to accept integer values bigger
than 32 bits as immediates. Intel's add/sub documentation specifies they
have to be passed as registers.
The only operations in the x86-64 architecture which accept arbitrary
64-bit immediates is "movq" to any register; similarly, the only
operation which accept arbitrary 64-bit displacement is "movabs" to or
from al/ax/eax/rax.
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-4.3.0/gcc/Machine-Constraints.html
states :
e
32-bit signed integer constant, or a symbolic reference known to fit
that range (for immediate operands in sign-extending x86-64
instructions).
Z
32-bit unsigned integer constant, or a symbolic reference known to
fit that range (for immediate operands in zero-extending x86-64
instructions).
Since add/sub does sign extension, using the "e" constraint seems appropriate.
It applies to 2.6.27-rc, 2.6.26, 2.6.25...

This patch is the result of an automatic script that consolidates the
format of all the headers in include/asm-x86/.
The format:
1. No leading underscore. Names with leading underscores are reserved.
2. Pathname components are separated by two underscores. So we can
distinguish between mm_types.h and mm/types.h.
3. Everything except letters and numbers are turned into single
underscores.

Commit d167a518 "[PATCH] x86_64: x86_64 version of the smp alternative patch."
has left the LOCK macro in include/asm-x86_64/atomic.h, which is now
include/asm-x86/atomic_64.h. Its scope should be local to the file, other
architectures don't provide it, I couldn't find an in-tree user of it and
allyesconfig, allmodconfig and allnoconfig build fine without it, so this patch
removes it.

The volatile keyword has already been removed from the declaration of atomic_t
on x86_64. For consistency, remove it from atomic64_t as well.
