strcpy() is deprecated [1] and using strcat() is discouraged. Replace
them by assigning the prefix directly and by using memcpy() to copy the
pathname. Using memcpy() is safe because we already know the length of
the source string and that it is guaranteed to be NUL-terminated.
Allocate only as many bytes as needed and replace kzalloc() with
kmalloc() since memcpy() overwrites the entire buffer anyway.

Prefer to report ENOMEM rather than incur the oom for allocations in
ksmbd. __GFP_NORETRY could not achieve that, It would fail the allocations
just too easily. __GFP_RETRY_MAYFAIL will keep retrying the allocation
until there is no more progress and fail the allocation instead go OOM
and let the caller to deal with it.

The ksmbd_extract_sharename() function lacked a complete kernel-doc
comment. This patch adds parameter descriptions and detailed function
behavior to improve code readability and maintainability.

Move CIFS/SMB3 related client and server files (cifs.ko and ksmbd.ko
and helper modules) to new fs/smb subdirectory:
fs/cifs --> fs/smb/client
fs/ksmbd --> fs/smb/server
fs/smbfs_common --> fs/smb/common
