kmap() in page_follow_link_light() needed to go - allowing to hold
an arbitrary number of kmaps for long is a great way to deadlocking
the system.
new helper (inode_nohighmem(inode)) needs to be used for pagecache
symlinks inodes; done for all in-tree cases. page_follow_link_light()
instrumented to yell about anything missed.

Only readdir() really needed it, and that's easily fixable by switch to
generic_file_llseek()

Merge include/linux/efs_fs{_i,_dir}.h into fs/efs/efs.h. efs_vh.h remains
there because this is the IRIX volume header and shouldn't really be
handled by efs but by the partitioning code. efs_sb.h remains there for
now because it's exported to userspace. Of course this wrong and aboot
should have a copy of it's own, but I'll leave that to a separate patch to
avoid any contention.

efs_symlink_readpage()
If efs_symlink_readpage hits the -ENAMETOOLONG error path, it will call
unlock_kernel without ever having called lock_kernel(); fix this by
creating and jumping to a new label fail_notlocked rather than the fail
label used after calling lock_kernel().

Same as with already do with the file operations: keep them in .rodata and
prevents people from doing runtime patching.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
