We've had scsi-mq for 2.5 years now, so we can remove the unused flag to
disable the code on a per-host basis that was put in for unexpected
emergencies during bringup.

The code was checking on PA_CONNECTEDRXLANES and PA_CONNECTEDTXLANES
attributes to program the Lane#1 attributes. The correct attributes are
PA_AVAILRXDATALANES and PA_AVAILTXDATALANES respectively.

The _scsih_pci_mmio_enabled called if scsih_pci_error_detected returns
PCI_ERS_RESULT_CAN_RECOVER, at this point, read/write to the device
still works, no need to reset slot.
Or the mpt3sas_base_map_resources in scsih_pci_slot_reset will fail,
and iounamp ioc->chip, then we will meet issue when read ioc->chip
in mpt3sas_base_get_iocstate from _base_fault_reset_work.

qla2xxx first calls request_irq() and then does the setup of the queue
entry data needed in the interrupt handlers in when using MSI-X. This
could lead to a NULL pointer dereference when an IRQ fires between the
request_irq() call and the assignment of the qentry data structure to
the rsp->msix field. A possible case for such a race would be in the
kdump case when the HBA's IRQs are still enabled but the driver is
undergoing a new initialisation and thus is not aware of already
activated IRQs in the HBA.

We can't detect the FXEN (fiber mode) bootstrap pin, so configure
it via a boolean device tree property "micrel,fiber-mode".
If it is enabled, auto-negotiation is not supported.
The only available modes are 100base-fx (full duplex and half duplex).

Sometimes, driver can not return from fence waiting when doing VCE ring
ib test. The issue is a asic special and random issue. so adjust VCE suspend
and resume sequence.

Appling the mask 0x0f to the immediate return of the call to
mb86a20s_readreg will always result in a positive value, meaning that the
check of ret < 0 will never work. Instead, check for a -ve return value
first, and then mask val with 0x0f.
Kudos to Mauro Carvalho Chehab for spotting the mistake in my original fix.

This patch addresses CVE-2016-5400, a local DOS vulnerability caused by
a memory leak in the airspy usb device driver.
The vulnerability is triggered when more than 64 usb devices register
with v4l2 of type VFL_TYPE_SDR or VFL_TYPE_SUBDEV.A badusb device can
emulate 64 of these devices then through continual emulated
connect/disconnect of the 65th device, cause the kernel to run out of
RAM and crash the kernel.
The vulnerability exists in kernel versions from 3.17 to current 4.7.
The memory leak is caused by the probe function of the airspy driver
mishandeling errors and not freeing the corresponding control structures
when an error occours registering the device to v4l2 core.

Attempts to send CEC messages to yourself are detected in the framework and
returned with a NACK error. However, the tx_ts was never filled in that case.
So just set it.

When calculate OUTPUT buffer size in vidioc_try_fmt, it will
add more size hw need in each plane.
But in mtk_vcodec_enc_set_default_params, it do not add
same size in each plane.
This makes v4l2-compliance test fail.
This patch fix the issue.

There is really no reason to zero the reply and timeout fields if an
error occurs. This is a left-over from earlier versions where that
was used to signal errors, but this is now handled by the rx/tx_status
fields.

The newly added mtk-vcodec driver produces a number of warnings in an
ARM allmodconfig build, mainly since it assumes that dma_addr_t is
32-bit wide:

were introduced at the same time, but missed two others.

The redrat3 sends an usb packet to the host either when the minimum pause
or the timeout occurs, so we can always add a trailing space in our
processing.

When s_tx_mask is given an invalid bitmask, the number of transmitters
should be returned. See the LIRC_SET_TRANSMITTER_MASK lirc ioctl
documentation.

The value 5 of the EEPROM_TS_MODE register (meaning dual tuner presence) is
only valid for AF9035 devices. For IT9135 devices it is invalid and led to a
false positive dual tuner mode detection with PCTV 79e.
Therefore on non-AF9035 devices and with value 5 the driver now defaults to
single tuner mode and outputs a regarding info message to log.
This fixes Bugzilla bug #118561.

Some Kabylake SKUs are going to use Kabypoint PCH.
It is mainly for Halo and DT ones.
>From our specs it doesn't seem that KBP brings
any change on the display south engine. So let's consider
this as a continuation of SunrisePoint, i.e., SPT+.
Since it is easy to get confused by a letter change:
KBL = Kabylake - CPU/GPU codename.
KBP = Kabypoint - PCH codename.

Set bit 8 in 0x43224 to prevent screen corruption and system
hangs on high memory bandwidth conditions. The same wa also suggest
setting bit 31 on ARB_CTL. According to another workaround we gain
better idle power savings when FBC is enabled.
