The variable len is assigned but never read, therefore it is redundant
and can be removed. Cleans up clang warning:

Use the wrapper functions for getting and setting the driver data using
spi_device instead of using dev_{get|set}_drvdata with &spi->dev, so we
can directly pass a struct spi_device.

Add LCD driver for Ilitek ILI9221/ILI9222 controller. The driver uses
SPI interface for controller access and configuration and RGB interface
for graphics data transfer.
