2018-05-22usb: musb: merge musbhsdma.h into musbhsdma.cBin Liu1-72/+0
Now Blackfin support is removed, header musbhsdma.h is only included in musbhsdma.c. So let's merge the content in musbhsdma.h to musbhsdma.c and delete musbhsdma.h. Signed-off-by: Bin Liu <b-liu@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
2018-03-26usb: musb: remove blackfin portArnd Bergmann1-64/+0
The blackfin architecture is getting removed, so we can clean up all the special cases in the musb driver. 2017-11-07USB: musb: Remove redundant license textGreg Kroah-Hartman1-26/+0
Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording can be removed as it is no longer needed at all. This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never needed. No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed. 2017-11-04USB: add SPDX identifiers to all remaining files in drivers/usb/Greg Kroah-Hartman1-0/+1
It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to audit the kernel tree for correct licenses. Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of the full boiler plate text. This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart. 2017-01-05usb: musb: Fix trying to free already-free IRQ 4Tony Lindgren1-1/+1
When unloading omap2430, we can get the following splat: WARNING: CPU: 1 PID: 295 at kernel/irq/manage.c:1478 __free_irq+0xa8/0x2c8 Trying to free already-free IRQ 4 ... [<c01a8b78>] (free_irq) from [<bf0aea84>] (musbhs_dma_controller_destroy+0x28/0xb0 [musb_hdrc]) [<bf0aea84>] (musbhs_dma_controller_destroy [musb_hdrc]) from [<bf09f88c>] (musb_remove+0xf0/0x12c [musb_hdrc]) [<bf09f88c>] (musb_remove [musb_hdrc]) from [<c056a384>] (platform_drv_remove+0x24/0x3c) ... This is because the irq number in use is 260 nowadays, and the dma controller is using u8 instead of int. 2012-11-06usb: musb: remove generic_interruptPhilippe De Swert1-4/+0
This patch is based on the discussion of a previous patch to fix an issue where the omap2430 musb driver is not working for N9/N950. Moving all the interrupt handling to the devices. Avoids inclusion of generic interrupt and breakage due to sometimes misleading CONFIG options. This makes sure usb always works if on of the subdrivers is chosen. Tested on Nokia N9/N950. Partially clean up CONFIG_SOC_OMAP3430 which is not necessary in the cases where I removed it. Also helps with the removal work of those options that Tony Lindgren predicted would happen at some point. 2011-02-01usb: musb: hsdma: change back to use musb_read/writewBob Liu1-5/+14
Blackfin platform doesn't support 32bits musbdma registers, so change back to use musb_read/writew instead of musb_read/writel and simply some format casts. Signed-off-by: Bob Liu <lliubbo@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Felipe Balbi <balbi@ti.com>

We want to have just CONFIG_ARCH_OMAP2, 3 and 4. The rest are nowadays just subcategories of these. Search and replace the following: ARCH_OMAP2420 SOC_OMAP2420 ARCH_OMAP2430 SOC_OMAP2430 ARCH_OMAP3430 SOC_OMAP3430 No functional changes.
