Add the correct SPDX license to a few more files under arch/s390 and
drivers/s390 which have been missed to far.
The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used
instead of the full boiler plate text.

Compile the s390 10GB ethernet device driver only when
ETHERNET has been defined in the kernel configuration file.
Right now the qeth device driver is always built regardless
of which network connectivity is active.

The token ring support is going away from the core kernel.
Divorce the S390 drivers from it in advance.

Make use of def_bool and def_tristate where possible and add sensible
defaults to the config symbols where applicable. This shortens the
defconfig file by another ~40 lines.

Since the claw code calls ccwgroup_remove_ccwdev(), we need to make sure
CCWGROUP is enabled when CLAW is enabled. Otherwise we hit fun undefined

The smsgiucv_app driver registers a callback with the smsgiucv driver
to receive z/VM CP special messages (SMSG) starting with "APP".
When the callback is called for special messages, the driver creates
an uevent for the received message. The uevent consists of additional
environment data containing the message prefix ("APP"), message sender,
and message content.
udev rules can be used to trigger application specific actions through
matching the content or sender of the special message.

[PATCH 7/9] s390: qeth driver fixes [4/6]
From: Frank Pavlic <fpavlic@de.ibm.com>
- fix kernel crash due to race,
set card->state to SOFTSETUP after
card and card->dev are initialized properly.
- remove CONFIG_QETH_PERF_STATS, use sysfs attribute instead,
as we want to have the ability to turn on/off the
statistics at runtime.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
