Fix Smatch static checker warning:
potential null dereference 'configs'. (kmalloc returns null)
Changes in v2:
1. Add free allocated memory before returned -ENOMEM.
2. Add call of_node_put() before returned -ENOMEM.

As the potential failure of the kcalloc(),
it should be better to check it in order to
avoid the dereference of the NULL pointer.

The first valid item of pin-function table should
start from the third item. The first two items,
due to historical and compatible reasons, should
be dummy items.
The two dummy items were removed accidentally in
initial submission. This fix adds them back.
