Now that a new mac80211-based driver for Realtek devices has been submitted,
it is time to reorganize the directories. Rather than having directories
rtlwifi and rtl818x be in drivers/net/wireless/, they will now be in
drivers/net/wireless/realtek/. This change simplifies the directory
structure, but does not result in any configuration changes that are
visable to the user.

In the rtlwifi/rtl8192cu, rtl8723 code is dead code.
So I remove it.

Realtek released new drivers on 06/28/2014. These changes implement all their
changes into the kernel version of the driver. In addition, these modifications
are part of the process of unifying the Realtek and kernel code bases.

This patch incorporate the differences between the 06/20/2011 and
08/16/2011 Realtek releases of the rtlwifi driver.
The changes include:
1. Adding new chip revisions including new firmware.
