2018-04-20rtl8187: Fix NULL pointer dereference in priv->conf_mutexSudhir Sreedharan1-1/+1
commit 7972326a26b5bf8dc2adac575c4e03ee7e9d193a upstream. This can be reproduced by bind/unbind the driver multiple times in AM3517 board. Analysis revealed that rtl8187_start() was invoked before probe finishes(ie. before the mutex is initialized). INFO: trying to register non-static key. the code is fine but needs lockdep annotation. turning off the locking correctness validator. 2016-04-26rtl818x_pci: Fix a memory leak in rtl8180_init_rx_ringJia-Ju Bai1-0/+4
When dev_alloc_skb or pci_dma_mapping_error in rtl8180_init_rx_ring fails, the memory allocated by pci_zalloc_consistent is not freed. This patch fixes the bug by adding pci_free_consistent in error handling code. 2016-04-12cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_bandJohannes Berg2-6/+6
This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>
2016-04-07rtl818x_pci: Disable pci device in error handling codeJia-Ju Bai1-1/+3
When pci_request_regions in rtl8180_probe fails, pci_disable_device is not called to disable the device which is enabled by pci_enbale_device. This patch fixes the problem by adding a new lable in error handling code. 2015-10-14rtlwifi: rtl818x: Move drivers into new realtek directoryLarry Finger25-0/+8041
Now that a new mac80211-based driver for Realtek devices has been submitted, it is time to reorganize the directories. Rather than having directories rtlwifi and rtl818x be in drivers/net/wireless/, they will now be in drivers/net/wireless/realtek/. This change simplifies the directory structure, but does not result in any configuration changes that are visable to the user.
