When WLAN interface is up and running, driver unload and
load was causing command timeout error.
We enable Rx data by updating RX ring read pointer in
init_fw_port(). It should be done when FW is completely
intialialised. Command timeout is fixed in this patch by
moving init_fw_port() call to mwifiex_init_fw_complete().

600f5d909a54("mwifiex: cleanup ioctl wait queue and abstraction layer")
introduced the wakeup_interruptible suppression in mwifiex_complete_cmd
b1a47aa5e1e1("mwifiex: fix system hang issue in cmd timeout error case")
then added wakup_interruptible to mwifiex_cmd_timeout_func the single
place setting a status of ETIMEDOUT.
Instead of doing extra work, using the standard call-chain will have the
same effect:
mwifiex_cancel_pending_ioctl
-> mwifiex_recycle_cmd_node
-> mwifiex_insert_cmd_to_free_q
-> mwifiex_complete_cmd
-> wake_up_interruptible
The difference is that previously the condition was not set to true,
but that's probably just an oversight in b1a47aa5e1e1 and shouldn't
have any consequence

This patch add new tdls status used for tdls channel switch.
Driver in turn would block cmd path and data path if tdls
channel switching. Data path to non tdls peer should be blocked
if tdls channel switch to off-channel.

We often see ADDBA request packets coming to driver because driver
has registered for action frame subtype. We dont process BA action
frames in host; drop such frames.

The debug level can be controlled via either by modules load parameter

This patch fixes an issue where it was discovered that driver is setting
invalid HT IEs to FW. This was happening because bug in parsing HT IE.
Driver would incorrectly point to start of HT IE while FW only needs actual
HT configuration - excluding EID and length.

This patch fixes a crash which was happening because of RX of
management frames on uninitialzed interface. Now we drop management
frames for interfaces where cfg80211 has not registered any management
subtype reception or interface has no NL80211 iftype set.

wdev is used even after del_virtual_interface handler in cfg80211
in nl80211_post_doit. Since we have freed wdev in handling of
del_virtual_intf, this can result into crash while deleting
interface.
Avoid this be not declaring wdev which part of
mwifiex_private structure but struct wireless_dev type.

In the cfg80211_rx_mgmt(), parameter @gfp was used for the memory allocation.
But, memory get allocated under spin_lock_bh(), this implies atomic context.
So, one can't use GFP_KERNEL, only variants with no __GFP_WAIT. Actually, in all
occurrences GFP_ATOMIC is used (wil6210 use GFP_KERNEL by mistake),
and it should be this way or warning triggered in the memory allocation code.
Remove @gfp parameter as no actual choice exist, and use hard coded
GFP_ATOMIC for memory allocation.

Command timeout happens when firmware goes into bad state.
There is no chance that next command will be successful after
this. Hence we will maintain a flag instead of count.

There is a race condition while queuing synchronous command and
asynchronous command requested from different threads, because
the wait_q_enabled flag is set based on a global variable
cmd_wait_q_required.
The issue is fixed by removing this global variable and using a
unified function with an argument 'sync' passed into the
function.

cmd_pending is increased in mwifiex_wait_queue_complete() and
decreased in mwifiex_complete_cmd() currently.
If there are two or more commands in the cmd_pending_q the main
worker thread will pick up next command from cmd_pending_q
automatically after finishing current command. As a result
mwifiex_wait_queue_complete() will not be called because
the command is alreay completed. This leads to a negative
number in cmd_pending count.
Fix it by increasing cmd_pending when a cmd is queued into
cmd_pending_q and decreasing when that cmd is recycled. For scan
commands we don't perform inc/dec operations until it's moved
from scan_pending_q to cmd_pending_q. This covers both
synchronous and asynchronous commands.

We allocate SKB buffers of 4K size to make sure that we process
RX AMSDU of 4K. So when skb->len is lesser than 4K; we should
modify skb->truesize. This resolves an issue where kernel has
allocated packets with 2K assumption and starts dropping packets
for large size data transfer.
This fix is already present for USB; extend it to PCIE.

max_tx_buf_size is not used any more after reconfiguration of
tx buffer size has been removed.
Also add missing curr_tx_buf_size update while dumping debug info
via debugfs.

We derive mwifiex_private structure which is per interface from
received skb's rx_info. Once priv is derived, same priv can be
propagated to other functions instead of callee deriving priv
from rx_info again.

Current implementation, for retrieving priv from adapter,
uses bss_index. In multi interface environment supporting
different types, bss_index may not be unique.
Use bss_type along with bss_num to retrieve the priv.
bss_index is removed with this change.

Currently global wait condition (adapter->cmd_wait_q.condition)
is used while sending synchronous commands to FW. When two threads
enter in mwifiex_send_cmd_sync() routine at the same time, both the
threads wait for their command responses. Since wait condition is
same for both, they wake up simultaneously after getting response
of 1st command. After this when a thread is waiting for command
response of 3rd command, it wakes up after getting response of 2nd
command and so on. Therefore we don't wait for the response of last
command(0xaa) during unload. Hence while next time loading the driver
command time out is seen for INIT command.
This problem is resolved by having separate wait condition flag for
each command(except scan command). Since scan command is treated
differently (by maintaining scan pending q etc.), newly defined flag
(scan_wait_q_woken) is used as a scan wait condition.

The function
- increments dropped rx_packet count if status code
passed to it is "-1".
- frees SKB buffer.
But currently the function is being called with "0" status code.
This patch replaces above function by dev_kfree_skb_any() call.

1) remove mwifiex_alloc_fill_wait_queue() and
mwifiex_request_ioctl()
2) avoid dynamic allocation of wait queue
3) remove unnecessary mwifiex_error_code macros that
were used mainly by the wait queue status code
4) remove some abstraction functions
5) split mwifiex_prepare_cmd() to mwifiex_send_cmd_async()
and mwifiex_send_sync() to handle asynchronous and
synchronous commands respectively

This driver adds WiFi support for Marvell 802.11n based chipsets
with SDIO interface. Currently only SD8787 is supported. More
chipsets will be supported later.
