2012-05-16brcmsmac: remove PCIe functions needed for PCIe core rev <= 10Hauke Mehrtens1-235/+9
The devices I know of are not using a PCIe core with rev <= 10. The BCM4718 uses a PCIe core with revision 14 and the BCM43224 uses a PCIe core with revision 15. This patch removes support for old PCIe core versions, which are not found on devices supported by brcmsmac. There are no devices which are using bcma and have a PCI bus, just a PCIe bus or something else. bcma does not support PCI devices, so lets also remove PCI support from brcmsmac. Add the brcm80211 tree to drivers/net/wireless, and disable the version that's in drivers/staging. This version includes the sources currently in staging, plus any changes that have been sent out for review. Sources in staging will be deleted in a followup patch.
