None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.
This covers everything under drivers/net except for wireless, which
has been submitted separately.

drivers/net/usb/qmi_wwan.c

Trivial merge conflicts, both were overlapping changes.

A Davicom application note for the DM9000 network device recommends
performing software reset twice to correctly initialise the device.
Without this reset some devices fail to initialise correctly on
system startup.

Some of the changes introduced in commit 6741f40 (DM9000B: driver
initialization upgrade) break functionality on DM9000A
(error message during NFS boot: "dm9000 dm9000.0: eth0: link down")
Since the changes were meant to serve only DM9000B, make them
dependent on the chip type.

All drivers that select MII also need to select NET_CORE because MII
depends on it. This is a bit ridiculous because NET_CORE is just a
menu option that doesn't enable any code by itself.
There is also no need for it to be a visible option, since its users
all select it.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure, since commit 0998d0631001288a5974afc0b2a5f568bcdecb4d
(device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no driver is bound).
Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the device driver data to NULL.

net/mac80211/sta_info.c

Two minor conflicts in wireless. Overlapping additions of extern

Fix bug for DM9000 revision B which contain a DSP PHY
DM9000B use DSP PHY instead previouse DM9000 revisions' analog PHY,
So need extra change in initialization, For
explicity PHY Reset and PHY init parameter, and
first DM9000_NCR reset need NCR_MAC_LBK bit by dm9000_probe().
Following DM9000_NCR reset cause by dm9000_open() clear the
NCR_MAC_LBK bit.
Without this fix, Power-up FIFO pointers error happen around 2%
rate among Davicom's customers' boards. With this fix, All above
cases can be solved.

The {read, write}s{b,w,l} operations are not defined by all
architectures and are being removed from the asm-generic/io.h
interface.
This patch replaces the usage of these string functions in the default
DM9000 accessors with io{read,write}{8,16,32}_rep calls instead. This
is required as the dm9000 driver is in use by the blackfin
architecture which uses the asm-generic io accessors.

MII Kconfig option is apart of the core networking drivers and
by default NET_CORE is enabled so drivers selecting MII will
have MII enabled as well. It was found using the randconfig
option during testing, MII would be selected but NET_CORE
could be disabled. This caused a dependency error.
Resolved the dependency by selecting NET_CORE when MII is
selected.
