The bcmgenet_wol_isr() handler performs the necessary processing for
waking from a GENET event. There is no necessary functionality behind
servicing the UMAC_IRQ_MPD_R event in the handling of isr0. Therefore
the code that unmasks and masks this interrupt and that gets invoked
in response to it is removed by this commit.

bcmgenet_set_wol() correctly sets MPD_PW_EN when a password is specified
to match magic packets against, however, when we switch from a
password-matching to a matching without password we would leave this bit
turned on, and GENET would only match magic packets with passwords.
This can be reproduced using the following sequence:
ethtool -s eth0 wol g
ethtool -s eth0 wol s sopass 00:11:22:33:44:55
ethtool -s eth0 wol g
The simple fix is to clear the MPD_PWD_EN bit when WAKE_MAGICSECURE is
not set.

Multiple enable_irq_wake() calls will keep increasing the IRQ
wake_depth, which ultimately leads to the following types of
situation:
1) enable Wake-on-LAN interrupt w/o password
2) enable Wake-on-LAN interrupt w/ password
3) enable Wake-on-LAN interrupt w/o password
4) disable Wake-on-LAN interrupt
After step 4), GENET would always wake-up the system no matter what
wake-up device we use, which is not what we want. Fix this by making
sure there are no unbalanced enable_irq_wake() calls.

Add all the required code to program the GENET hardware to enter
Wake-on-LAN mode and wake using MagicPackets with or without SecureOn
password.
This code is hooked to the build system, but is not yet referenced from
ethtool or the main bcmgenet driver.
