2018-05-04media: usbtv: Add SECAM supportHugo Grostabussiat1-1/+1
Add support for the SECAM norm, using the "AVSECAM" decoder configuration sequence found in Windows driver's .INF file. For reference, the "AVSECAM" sequence in the .INF file is: 0x04,0x73,0xDC,0x72,0xA2,0x90,0x35,0x01,0x30,0x04,0x08,0x2D,0x28,0x08, 0x02,0x69,0x16,0x35,0x21,0x16,0x36 Signed-off-by: Hugo Grostabussiat <bonstra@bonstra.fr.eu.org> Signed-off-by: Hans Verkuil <hansverk@cisco.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+samsung@kernel.org>

Brightness, Contrast, Hue and Color Saturation are supported. Signed-off-by: Lubomir Rintel <lkundrak@v3.sk> Signed-off-by: Hans Verkuil <hans.verkuil@cisco.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@s-opensource.com>
2016-07-08[media] usbtv: clarify the licensingLubomir Rintel1-4/+18
OpenBSD would like to reuse some code but consider the licensing not clear enough. Let's clarify it a bit so that it suits their conventions: 1.) Keep the "extra text" away from the copyright statement and the rights grant. 2.) Add the warranty disclaimer -- it should not be legally required, nevertheless the clause 1. of the rights grant refest to it. 2016-02-01[media] usbtv: discard redundant video fieldsNikola Forró1-0/+1
There are many dropped fields with some sources, leading to many redundant fields without counterparts. When this redundant field is odd, a new frame is pushed containing this odd field interleaved with whatever was left in the buffer, causing video artifacts. Do not push a new frame after processing every odd field, but do it only after those which come after an even field. 2015-10-01[media] media: videobuf2: Restructure vb2_bufferJunghak Sung1-1/+2
Remove v4l2 stuff - v4l2_buf, v4l2_plane - from struct vb2_buffer. Add new member variables - bytesused, length, offset, userptr, fd, data_offset - to struct vb2_plane in order to cover all information of v4l2_plane. struct vb2_plane { <snip> unsigned int bytesused; unsigned int length; union { unsigned int offset; unsigned long userptr; int fd; } m; unsigned int data_offset; } Replace v4l2_buf with new member variables - index, type, memory - which are common fields for buffer management. struct vb2_buffer { <snip> unsigned int index; unsigned int type; unsigned int memory; unsigned int num_planes; struct vb2_plane planes[VIDEO_MAX_PLANES]; <snip> }; v4l2 specific fields - flags, field, timestamp, timecode, sequence - are moved to vb2_v4l2_buffer in videobuf2-v4l2.c struct vb2_v4l2_buffer { struct vb2_buffer vb2_buf; __u32 flags; __u32 field; struct timeval timestamp; struct v4l2_timecode timecode; __u32 sequence; }; Signed-off-by: Junghak Sung <jh1009.sung@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Geunyoung Kim <nenggun.kim@samsung.com> Acked-by: Seung-Woo Kim <sw0312.kim@samsung.com> Acked-by: Inki Dae <inki.dae@samsung.com> Signed-off-by: Hans Verkuil <hans.verkuil@cisco.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@osg.samsung.com>

2014-02-04[media] usbtv: fix compiler error due to missing module.hHans Verkuil1-0/+1
usbtv-video.c needs module.h. So move the module.h include from usbtv-core.c to usbtv.h, that way both core.c and video.c have it. Signed-off-by: Hans Verkuil <hans.verkuil@cisco.com> Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <m.chehab@samsung.com>
