Drop the FSF's postal address from the source code files that typically
contain mostly the license text. Of the 628 removed instances, 578 are
outdated.

Due to the 80-cols restrictions, and latter due to checkpatch
warnings, several strings were broken into multiple lines. This
is not considered a good practice anymore, as it makes harder
to grep for strings at the source code.
As we're right now fixing other drivers due to KERN_CONT, we need
to be able to identify what printk strings don't end with a "\n".
It is a way easier to detect those if we don't break long lines.
So, join those continuation lines.
The patch was generated via the script below, and manually
adjusted if needed.

Fix the ov519 driver not working (unable to talk to the sensor) when
plugged into a xhci host. The root cause here is that uhci/ohci/ehci
hosts typically will send any pending async requests every milli-second
and then go to sleep for the rest if the milli-second, where as xhci hosts
send them immediately, causing things to go too fast for the ov519 bridge.
This commit adds a few delays fixing this.

Store complete current mode (struct v4l2_pix_format) in struct gspca_dev
instead of separate pixfmt, width and height parameters.
This is a preparation for variable resolution support.

This is a camera with an ov518+ revision 0 bridge + ov7620ae sensor,
which appearently needs different handling then the Trust spacecam 320, which
has an ov518+ revision 2 + ov7620ae sensor. The Terracam USB Pro used to write
this patch has kindly been provided by
Dr. Tilmann Bubeck <t.bubeck@reinform.de>.

Instead use v4l2_dbg and v4l2_err. Note that the PDEBUG macro is kept to
make this patch-set less invasive, but it is simply a wrapper around
v4l2_dbg now. Most of the other changes are there to make the dev parameter
for the v4l2_xxx macros available everywhere we do logging.

Write-only ioctls should have a const argument in the ioctl op.
Do this conversion for vidioc_s_jpegcomp.
Adding const for write-only ioctls was decided during the 2012 Media Workshop.

This patch changes some signed integers to unsigned because
they are not intended for negative values and sparse
is making noise about it.
Sparse gives eight of these errors:
