If vp702x_usb_in_op fails, the mac address is not initialized.
And vp702x_read_mac_addr does not handle this failure, which leads to
the uninit-value in dvb_usb_adapter_dvb_init.
Fix this by handling the failure of vp702x_usb_in_op.

Those documents don't really describe the driver API.
Instead, they contain development-specific information.
Yet, as the main index file describes the content of it as:
"how specific kernel subsystems work
from the point of view of a kernel developer"
It seems to be the better fit.

Since the first version of this driver, the remote controller
code is disabled, adding an early return inside vp702x_rc_query().
Let's disable the code with #if 0, to remove this warning:
