Pull media update from Mauro Carvalho Chehab:
- OF documentation and patches at core and drivers, to be used by for
embedded media systems
- some I2C drivers used on go7007 were rewritten/promoted from staging:
sony-btf-mpx, tw2804, tw9903, tw9906, wis-ov7640, wis-uda1342
- add fimc-is driver (Exynos)
- add a new radio driver: radio-si476x
- add a two new tuners: r820t and tuner_it913x
- split camera code on em28xx driver and add more models
- the cypress firmware load is used outside dvb usb drivers. So, move
it to a common directory to make easier to re-use it
- siano media driver updated to work with sms2270 devices
- several work done in order to promote go7007 and solo6x1x out of
staging (still, there are some pending issues)
- several API compliance fixes at v4l2 drivers that don't behave as
expected
- as usual, lots of driver fixes, improvements, cleanups and new device
addition at the existing drivers.

Add support for V4L2_DEC_CMD_STOP command which will instruct MFC device
to finish decoding and release all remaining frames kept for reference to
the user. After dequeueing last decoded frame the driver will generate an
V4L2_EVENT_EOS event.

mfc-encoder is not working in the latest kernel giving the
erorr "Adding control (15) failed". Adding the missing step
parameter in this control to fix the issue.

The issue was seen in VP8 decoding where the last frame was
skipped by the driver. This patch gets the correct frame_type value
to fix this bug.

Not all drivers use monotonic timestamps. This patch adds a way to set the
timestamp type per every queue.
In addition, set proper timestamp type in drivers that I am sure that use
either MONOTONIC or COPY timestamps. Other drivers will correctly report
UNKNOWN timestamp type instead of assuming that all drivers use monotonic
timestamps.

Convert all uses of devm_request_and_ioremap() to the newly introduced
devm_ioremap_resource() which provides more consistent error handling.
devm_ioremap_resource() provides its own error messages so all explicit
error messages can be removed from the failure code paths.

Move firmware allocation from open to probe to avoid problems
when using CMA for allocation. In certain circumstances CMA may allocate
buffer that is not in the beginning of the MFC memory area.

CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev*
markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata,
__devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me
in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

When one input buffer has multiple frames, it should be fed
again to the hardware with the remaining bytes. Removed the
check for P frame in this scenario as this condition can come with
all frame types.

The vfl_dir flag is presently set to VFL_DIR_M2M only for decoder.
The encoder is not working because of this. So adding this flag
to the encoder part also.

Multi Format Codec 6.x is a hardware video coding acceleration
module present in new Exynos5 SoC series. It is capable of

MFC variant data replaces various macros used in the driver
which will change in a different version of MFC hardware.
Also does a cleanup of MFC context structure and common files.

Modifies the driver to use a callback based architecture
for hardware dependent calls. This architecture is suitable
for supporting co-existence with newer versions of MFC hardware.

The patch renames hardware specific opr and cmd files to
opr_v5 and cmd_v5 respectively. This is done for accomodating
firmware v6. Also the shared memory management files are removed
and the functionality is added to the opr_v5 file.

return statement was wrongly placed before a code that needs to be
executed. Moved the return statement to the end of the function.
Tested suspend/resume on SMDK4412 board using 3.5-rc6 kernel.

All code setting/clearing working context bits has been moved
to separate functions. set_bit/clear_bit have been replaced by
non-atomic variants - variable is already guarded by spin_lock.
