Commit 3fdfedaaa "[media] omap3isp: preview: Lower the crop margins"
accidentally changed the previewer's cropping, causing the previewer
to miss four pixels on each line, thus corrupting the final image.
Restored the removed setting.

The preview engine includes filters that consume columns and lines as
part of their operation, thus resulting in a cropped image. To allow
turning those filters on/off during streaming without affecting the
output image size, the driver adds additional cropping to make the total
number of cropped columns and lines constant regardless of which filters
are enabled.
This process needlessly includes the CFA filter, as whether the filter
is enabled only depends on the sink pad format, which can't change
during streaming.
Exclude the CFA filter from the preview engine margins.

The patch got some alien code there, not sure why. Revert it to apply

As reported by Stephen:
After merging the v4l-dvb tree, today's linux-next build (x86_64
allmodconfig) failed like this:
ERROR: "sms_ir_exit" [drivers/media/common/siano/smsmdtv.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "sms_ir_event" [drivers/media/common/siano/smsmdtv.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "sms_ir_init" [drivers/media/common/siano/smsmdtv.ko] undefined!
The smsir file should be part of the smsmdtv core, if RC is defined.
Fix it.

The remaining drivers are mostly platform drivers. Name the
dir to reflect it.
It makes sense to latter break it into a few other dirs.
