VIDIOC_DBG_G_CHIP_IDENT has been replaced by VIDIOC_DBG_G_CHIP_INFO. Remove g_chip_ident support from bridge drivers since it is no longer needed. This patch takes care of all the trivial cases. Use uninterruptible mutex_lock in the release() file op to make sure all resources are properly freed when a process is being terminated. Returning -ERESTARTSYS has no effect for a terminating process and this may cause driver resources not to be released.
