In order to avoid unnecessary pollution of the global symbol namespace
move the common/library functions into a specific namespace and import
that into the bus specific device drivers that use them.

Continuing from Alexandru Ardelean's introduction of the split between
driver modifiable fields and those that should only be set by the core.
This could have been done in two steps to make the actual move after
introducing iio_device_id() but there seemed limited point to that
given how mechanical the majority of the patch is.
Includes fixup from Alex for missing mxs-lradc-adc conversion.

All devices using a triggered buffer need to attach and detach the trigger
to the device in order to properly work. Instead of doing this in each and
every driver by hand move this into the core.
At this point in time, all drivers should have been resolved to
attach/detach the poll-function in the same order.
This patch removes all explicit calls of iio_triggered_buffer_postenable()
& iio_triggered_buffer_predisable() in all drivers, since the core handles
now the pollfunc attach/detach.
The more peculiar change is for the 'at91-sama5d2_adc' driver, since it's
not immediately obvious that removing the hooks doesn't break anything.
Eugen was able to test on at91-sama5d2-adc driver, sama5d2-xplained board.
All seems to be fine.

Calling pm_runtime_get_sync increments the counter even in case of
failure, causing incorrect ref count. Call pm_runtime_put if
pm_runtime_get_sync fails.

This patch applies the semantic patch:

It updates 302 files and does 307 deletions.
This semantic patch also removes some comments like
'/* Establish that the iio_dev is a child of the i2c device */'
But this is is only done in case where the block is left empty.
The patch does not seem to cover all cases. It looks like in some cases a
different variable is used in some cases to assign the parent, but it
points to the same reference.
In other cases, the block covered by ... may be just too big to be covered
by the semantic patch.
However, this looks pretty good as well, as it does cover a big bulk of the
drivers that should remove the parent assignment.

The iio_triggered_buffer_{predisable,postenable} functions attach/detach
the poll functions.
The iio_triggered_buffer_postenable() should be called before (to attach
the poll func) and then the
The iio_triggered_buffer_predisable() function is hooked directly without
anything, which is probably fine, as the postenable() version seems to also
do some reset/wake-up of the device.
This will mean it will be easier when removing it; i.e. it just gets
removed.

With gcc 4.1.2:
drivers/iio/pressure/zpa2326.c: In function ‘zpa2326_wait_oneshot_completion’:
drivers/iio/pressure/zpa2326.c:868: warning: ‘ret’ may be used uninitialized in this function
When testing for "timeout < 0", timeout is already guaranteed to be
strict negative, so the branch is always taken, and ret is thus always
initialized. But (some version of) gcc is not smart enough to notice.
Remove the check to fix this.
As there is no other code in between assigning the error codes and
returning them, the error codes can be returned immediately, and the
intermediate variable can be dropped.
Drop the "else" to please checkpatch.

If the timeout-case prints a warning message then probably the interrupted
case should also. Further, wait_for_completion_interruptible_timeout()
returns long not int.

The -Wempty-body gcc warning triggers in the newly added zpa2326 driver:
drivers/iio/pressure/zpa2326.c: In function 'zpa2326_dequeue_pressure':
drivers/iio/pressure/zpa2326.c:578:3: error: suggest braces around empty body in an 'if' statement [-Werror=empty-body]
The use of an empty statement behind 'if (...)' is harmless here, but
it shows that the dev_dbg() macro is not used correctly: when the "DEBUG"
macro is not set, dev_dbg() already defaults to a no-operation, though
one that lets the compiler know that the arguments are used, and lets
it check the format string.
Fixing this also simplifies the driver.
