	Currently enabling ARC DRM support automatically pulls in fbdev dependency. However this dep is unnecessary since DRM core already handles this for us (DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION). 	ARC PGU could be found on some development boards from Synopsys. This is a simple byte streamer that reads data from a framebuffer and sends data to the single encoder.
