FRL links don't yet support VRR. If we enable it by default
users will see a functional regression when connected to an FRL
capable display as the driver will now default to FRL and not
allow VRR.
VRR support will come soon, so instead of making an elaborate
TMDS fallback mechanism simply default FRL to disabled, but
provide a dcfeaturemask of 0x400 to enable it if anyone wants
to already try it out.

No functional changes, just change the name of this
function pointer to be more generic.
BAPM refers to a specific feature on KV, but other kinds of
ASICs may also need the SMU to be notified on AC/DC changes.
Also remove the argument and use adev->pm.ac_power instead.

Add per-GPU sysfs files under /sys/class/drm/cardX/device/ptl to
control the Peak Tops Limiter (PTL) feature. Exposes ptl_enable
(enable/disable PTL), ptl_format (set/query preferred formats),
and ptl_supported_formats (list supported formats)
Example usage
-------------
Query PTL status:
`cat /sys/class/drm/card1/device/ptl/ptl_enable`
Enable PTL:
`sudo bash -c "echo 1 > /sys/class/drm/card1/device/ptl/ptl_enable"`
Disable PTL:
`sudo bash -c "echo 0 > /sys/class/drm/card1/device/ptl/ptl_enable"`
Set PTL preferred formats:
`sudo bash -c "echo I8,F32 > /sys/class/drm/card1/device/ptl/ptl_format"`
Query supported formats:
`cat /sys/class/drm/card1/device/ptl/ptl_supported_formats`

* fix format check for format store(Alex)

Introduce a Peak Tops Limiter (PTL) driver that dynamically caps
engine frequency to ensure delivered TOPS never exceeds a defined
TOPS_limit. This initial implementation provides core data structures
and kernel-space interfaces (set/get, enable/disable) to manage PTL state.
PTL performs a firmware handshake to initialize its state and update
predefined format types. It supports updating these format types at
runtime while user-space tools automatically switch PTL state, and
also allows explicitly switching PTL state via newly added commands.

The ACPI_AC_CLASS symbol is defined in several places in the same way
which is rather unfortunate.
Instead, define it in one common header file (acpi_bus.h) so that it is
accessible to all of its users.
No intentional functional impact.

a dedicated RSMU slot would have to be spent for this address range,
and MPASP is close to running out of RSMU slots.
This will help to fix PSP TOC load failure during secureboot.
