[ Upstream commit 2583cb925ca1ce450aa5d74a05a67448db970193 ]
After commit d228ece36345 ("clk: divider: remove round_rate() in favor
of determine_rate()") determining GFX3D clock rate crashes, because the
passed parent map doesn't provide the expected best_parent_hw clock
(with the roundd_rate path before the offending commit the
best_parent_hw was ignored).
Set the field in parent_req in addition to setting it in the req,
fixing the crash.

[ Upstream commit d6205a1878dd4cc9664c4b4829b68a29c0426efc ]
The duty-cycle calculation in clk_rcg2_set_duty_cycle() currently
derives an intermediate percentage `duty_per = (num * 100) / den` and
then computes:
d = DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST(n * duty_per * 2, 100);
This introduces integer truncation at the percentage step (division by
`den`) and a redundant scaling by 100, which can reduce precision for
large `den` and skew the final rounding.
Compute `2d` directly from the duty fraction to preserve precision and
avoid the unnecessary scaling:
d = DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST(n * duty->num * 2, duty->den);
This keeps the intended formula `d ≈ n * 2 * (num/den)` while performing
a single, final rounded division, improving accuracy especially for small
duty cycles or large denominators. It also removes the unused `duty_per`
variable, simplifying the code.
There is no functional changes beyond improved numerical accuracy.

[ Upstream commit d988b0b866c2aeb23aa74022b5bbd463165a7a33 ]
Compared to the msm-4.19 driver the mainline GDSC driver always sets the
bits for en_rest, en_few & clk_dis, and if those values are not set
per-GDSC in the respective driver then the default value from the GDSC
driver is used. The downstream driver only conditionally sets
clk_dis_wait_val if qcom,clk-dis-wait-val is given in devicetree.
Correct this situation by explicitly setting those values. For all GDSCs
the reset value of those bits are used, with the exception of
gpu_cx_gdsc which has an explicit value (qcom,clk-dis-wait-val = <8>).

Enable the retain_ff_enable bit of GDSCR only if the GDSC is already ON.
Once the GDSCR moves to HW control, SW no longer can determine the state

Therefore, move the retain_ff configuration before switching the GDSC to

commit 5eac348182d2b5ed1066459abedb7bc6b5466f81 upstream.
BRANCH_HALT_ENABLE and BRANCH_HALT_ENABLE_VOTED flags are used to check
halt status of branch clocks, which have an inverted logic for the halt
bit in CBCR register. However, the current logic in the _check_halt()
method only compares the BRANCH_HALT_ENABLE flags, ignoring the votable
branch clocks.
Update the logic to correctly handle the invert logic for votable clocks
using the BRANCH_HALT_ENABLE_VOTED flags.

commit 967e011013eda287dbec9e8bd3a19ebe730b8a08 upstream.
With PWRSTS_OFF_ON, PCIe GDSCs are turned off during gdsc_disable(). This
can happen during scenarios such as system suspend and breaks the resume
of PCIe controllers from suspend.
So use PWRSTS_RET_ON to indicate the GDSC driver to not turn off the GDSCs
during gdsc_disable() and allow the hardware to transition the GDSCs to
retention when the parent domain enters low power state during system
suspend.

commit 33f1722eb86e45320a3dd7b3d42f6593a1d595c2 upstream.
Commit c45ae598fc16 ("clk: qcom: support for alpha mode configuration")
added support for configuring alpha mode, but it seems that the feature
was never working in practice.
The value of the alpha_{en,mode}_mask members of the configuration gets
added to the value parameter passed to the regmap_update_bits() function,
however the same values are not getting applied to the bitmask. As the
result, the respective bits in the USER_CTL register are never modifed
which leads to improper configuration of several PLLs.
The following table shows the PLL configurations where the 'alpha_en_mask'
member is set and which are passed as a parameter for the
clk_alpha_pll_configure() function. In the table the 'expected rate' column
shows the rate the PLL should run at with the given configuration, and
the 'real rate' column shows the rate the PLL runs at actually. The real
rates has been verified on hardwareOn IPQ* platforms, on other platforms,
those are computed values only.

configured incorrectly.
Change the code to apply both 'alpha_en_mask' and 'alpha_mode_mask'
values to the bitmask in order to configure the alpha mode correctly.
Applying the 'alpha_en_mask' fixes the initial rate of the PLLs showed
in the table above. Since the 'alpha_mode_mask' is not used by any driver
currently, that part of the change causes no functional changes.

[ Upstream commit f760a4bb5e927a133dcd75f7b69ccae2a331e42c ]
Similar to the earlier fixes meant for sm8x50 and x1e platforms,
we have to stop using the shared clk ops for sdm845 QUPs as well.
As Stephen Boyd pointed out in earlier fixes, there wasn't a problem
to mark QUP clks shared until we started parking shared RCGs at clk
registration time in commit 01a0a6cc8cfd ("clk: qcom: Park shared RCGs
upon registration"). Parking at init is actually harmful to the UART
when earlycon is used. If the device is pumping out data while the
frequency changes and we see garbage on the serial console until the
driver can probe and actually set a proper frequency.
This patch reverts the QUP clk sharing ops part of commit 06391eddb60a
("clk: qcom: Add Global Clock controller (GCC) driver for SDM845"), so
that the QUPs on sdm845 don't get parked during clk registration and
break UART operations.

[ Upstream commit 9722c3b66e21ff08aec570d02a97d331087fd70f ]
The of_property_for_each_u32() macro needs five parameters, two of which
are primarily meant as internal variables for the macro itself (in the
for() clause). Yet these two parameters are used by a few drivers, and this
can be considered misuse or at least bad practice.
Now that the kernel uses C11 to build, these two parameters can be avoided
by declaring them internally, thus changing this pattern:
struct property *prop;
const __be32 *p;
u32 val;
of_property_for_each_u32(np, "xyz", prop, p, val) { ... }
to this:
u32 val;
of_property_for_each_u32(np, "xyz", val) { ... }
However two variables cannot be declared in the for clause even with C11,
so declare one struct that contain the two variables we actually need. As
the variables inside this struct are not meant to be used by users of this
macro, give the struct instance the noticeable name "_it" so it is visible
during code reviews, helping to avoid new code to use it directly.
Most usages are trivially converted as they do not use those two
parameters, as expected. The non-trivial cases are:
- drivers/clk/clk.c, of_clk_get_parent_name(): easily doable anyway
- drivers/clk/clk-si5351.c, si5351_dt_parse(): this is more complex as the
checks had to be replicated in a different way, making code more verbose
and somewhat uglier, but I refrained from a full rework to keep as much
of the original code untouched having no hardware to test my changes
All the changes have been build tested. The few for which I have the
hardware have been runtime-tested too.

commit 36d202241d234fa4ac50743510d098ad52bd193a upstream.
The comment before the config of the GPLL3 PLL says that the
PLL should run at 930 MHz. In contrary to this, calculating
the frequency from the current configuration values by using
19.2 MHz as input frequency defined in 'qcs404.dtsi', it gives
921.6 MHz:
$ xo=19200000; l=48; alpha=0x0; alpha_hi=0x0
$ echo "$xo * ($((l)) + $(((alpha_hi << 32 | alpha) >> 8)) / 2^32)" | bc -l
921600000.00000000000000000000
Set 'alpha_hi' in the configuration to a value used in downstream
kernels [1][2] in order to get the correct output rate:
$ xo=19200000; l=48; alpha=0x0; alpha_hi=0x70
$ echo "$xo * ($((l)) + $(((alpha_hi << 32 | alpha) >> 8)) / 2^32)" | bc -l
930000000.00000000000000000000

commit fff617979f97c773aaa9432c31cf62444b3bdbd4 upstream.
In LUCID EVO PLL CAL_L_VAL and L_VAL bitfields are part of single
PLL_L_VAL register. Update for L_VAL bitfield values in PLL_L_VAL
register using regmap_write() API in __alpha_pll_trion_set_rate
callback will override LUCID EVO PLL initial configuration related
to PLL_CAL_L_VAL bit fields in PLL_L_VAL register.
Observed random PLL lock failures during PLL enable due to such
override in PLL calibration value. Use regmap_update_bits() with
L_VAL bitfield mask instead of regmap_write() API to update only
PLL_L_VAL bitfields in __alpha_pll_trion_set_rate callback.

commit ade508b545c969c72cd68479f275a5dd640fd8b9 upstream.
With PWRSTS_OFF_ON, PCIe GDSCs are turned off during gdsc_disable(). This
can happen during scenarios such as system suspend and breaks the resume
of PCIe controllers from suspend.
So use PWRSTS_RET_ON to indicate the GDSC driver to not turn off the GDSCs
during gdsc_disable() and allow the hardware to transition the GDSCs to
retention when the parent domain enters low power state during system
suspend.

commit bab0c7a0bc586e736b7cd2aac8e6391709a70ef2 upstream.
The branch clocks of gcc_cpuss_ahb_clk_src are marked critical
and hence these clocks vote on XO blocking the suspend.
De-register these clocks and its source as there is no rate
setting happening on them.

commit a4e5af27e6f6a8b0d14bc0d7eb04f4a6c7291586 upstream.
Valid frequencies may result in BCM votes that exceed the max HW value.
Set vote ceiling to BCM_TCS_CMD_VOTE_MASK to ensure the votes aren't
truncated, which can result in lower frequencies than desired.
