2021-01-29arch: xtensa: Remove CONFIG_OPROFILE supportViresh Kumar1-27/+0
The "oprofile" user-space tools don't use the kernel OPROFILE support any more, and haven't in a long time. User-space has been converted to the perf interfaces. Remove the old oprofile's architecture specific support. 2015-08-17xtensa: move oprofile stack tracing to stacktrace.cMax Filippov1-150/+8
Old oprofile interface will share user stack tracing with new perf interface. Move oprofile user/kernel stack tracing to stacktrace.c to make it possible. Signed-off-by: Max Filippov <jcmvbkbc@gmail.com>

2013-02-24xtensa: add support for oprofiledann1-0/+171
Support call graph profiling. Keep upper two bits of PC unchanged through backtrace rather than take them from sp (a1). The stack pointer is usually in the same GB (same upper 2 bits) as PC, but technically doesn't always have to be (and might not in the future, when taking full advantage of MMU v3).
