Otherwise sparse doesn't work. The 32 vs. 64 header ifdef
used under arch/sparc/include/asm/ is:
#if defined(__sparc__) && defined(__arch64__)
And that doesn't work for sparse unless we give it __arch64__

David Miller noticed that the build of vmlinux.lds
failed to use the -m64 specifier.
This caused the build to break with a bi-arch gcc with
unified headers.
Add the -m64 option to CPPFLAGS_vmlinux.lds so we
have the correct defines available when building
vmliux.lds.

This gives better heuristics for the cost of a multiply (fixed
5 cycles), rather than the 'ultrasparc' setting (variable, and
unpredictable if the second argument is non-constant).
Example code size savings:
text data bss dec hex filename
3823690 304040 448880 4576610 45d562 vmlinux
3824521 304040 448880 4577441 45d8a1 vmlinux.orig

A few trivial Makefile cleanups
- dependencipes in head.o was all wrong - deleted
- CMODEL_CFLAG was not used anywhere
- NEW_GCC was then not used outside sparc64/Makefe - do not export it
- FIXME seems not appropriate - all other put oprofile in drivers-y too
- No reason to do -I. (and it still builds)

The variable AFLAGS is a wellknown variable and the usage by
kbuild may result in unexpected behaviour.
On top of that several people over time has asked for a way to
pass in additional flags to gcc.
This patch replace use of AFLAGS with KBUILD_AFLAGS all over
the tree.
Patch was tested on following architectures:
alpha, arm, i386, x86_64, mips, sparc, sparc64, ia64, m68k, s390

On top of that several people over time has asked for a way to
pass in additional flags to gcc.
This patch replace use of CFLAGS with KBUILD_CFLAGS all over the
tree and enabling one to use:
make CFLAGS=...
to specify additional gcc commandline options.
One usecase is when trying to find gcc bugs but other
use cases has been requested too.
Patch was tested on following architectures:
alpha, arm, i386, x86_64, mips, sparc, sparc64, ia64, m68k
Test was simple to do a defconfig build, apply the patch and check
that nothing got rebuild.

It was a stupid workaround for the "static inline" vs.
"extern inline" issues of long ago, and it is what causes
schedule() to be inlined like crazy into kernel/sched.c
when -Os is specified.
MIPS and S390 should probably do the same.
Now CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE can be safely used on sparc64
once more.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
