2014-03-20QE: split function mpc85xx_qe_init() into two functions.Zhao Qiang1-0/+2
New QE doesn't have par_io, it doesn't need to init par_io for new QE. Split function mpc85xx_qe_init() into mpc85xx_qe_init() and mpc85xx_qe_par_io_init(). Call mpc85xx_qe_init() for both new and old while mpc85xx_qe_par_io_init() after mpc85xx_qe_init() for old. 2014-01-08powerpc/85xx: Add QE common init functionXie Xiaobo1-0/+6
Define a QE init function in common file, and avoid the same codes being duplicated in board files. Signed-off-by: Xie Xiaobo <X.Xie@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: Scott Wood <scottwood@freescale.com>
2011-11-24powerpc/85xx: consolidate of_platform_bus_probe callsDmitry Eremin-Solenikov1-0/+2
85xx board files have a lot of duplication in *_publish_devices()/ *_declare_of_platform_devices() functions. Merge that into a single function common to most of the boards. Signed-off-by: Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov <dbaryshkov@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
2011-11-24powerpc/85xx: separate cpm2 pic initDmitry Eremin-Solenikov1-0/+9
Separate handling of CPM2 PIC initialization to mpc85xx_cpm2_pic_init() function. Signed-off-by: Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov <dbaryshkov@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
2007-10-08[POWERPC] 85xx/86xx: refactor RSTCR reset codeKumar Gala1-17/+0
On the majority of 85xx & 86xx we have a register that's ability to assert HRESET_REQ to reset the board. We refactored that code so it can be shared between both platforms into fsl_soc.c and removed all the duplication in each platform directory. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
2007-07-23[POWERPC] Use Freescale pci/pcie common code for 85xx boardsRoy Zang1-1/+0
Switch the 85xx platform over to using the FSL generic PCI code. This gets ups PCIe support in addition to base PCI support. Signed-off-by: Roy Zang <tie-fei.zang@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
2007-06-29[POWERPC] rename add_bridge to avoid namespace clashesArnd Bergmann1-1/+1
Many platforms currently define their own add_bridge function, some of them globally. This breaks some multiplatform configurations. Prefixing each of these functions with the platform name avoids this problem. Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
