2015-12-23QE: Move QE from arch/powerpc to drivers/socZhao Qiang1-491/+0
ls1 has qe and ls1 has arm cpu. move qe from arch/powerpc to drivers/soc/fsl to adapt to powerpc and arm Signed-off-by: Zhao Qiang <qiang.zhao@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: Scott Wood <scottwood@freescale.com>
2012-11-15powerpc: Fix typos in Freescale copyright claimsYang Li1-1/+1
There are many cases that Semiconductor is misspelled. The patch fix these typos. Signed-off-by: Li Yang <leoli@freescale.com> Acked-by: Timur Tabi <timur@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: Benjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>
2012-07-10powerpc/qe: set IReady in QE Microcode UploadKokoris, Ioannis1-1/+3
QE Microcode Initialization using qe_upload_microcode() does not work on P1021 if the IRAM-Ready register is not set after the microcode upload. Add a definition for the "I-RAM Ready" register and sets it upon microcode upload completion. 2011-01-13powerpc: fix warning when compiling immap_qe.hTimur Tabi1-6/+15
Fix the warnings genereted by arch/powerpc/include/asm/immap_qe.h when CONFIG_PHYS_ADDR_T_64BIT is defined: immap_qe.h: In function 'immrbar_virt_to_phys': immap_qe.h:472:8: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size immap_qe.h:472:24: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size immap_qe.h:473:5: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size immap_qe.h:473:21: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size immap_qe.h:474:36: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size Note that the QE does not support 36-bit physical addresses, so even when CONFIG_PHYS_ADDR_T_64BIT is defined, the QE MURAM must be located below the 4GB boundary. 2009-11-12powerpc/qe&cpm2: Avoid redefinitions in CPM2 and QE headersAnton Vorontsov1-4/+4
struct mcc defined in both immap_qe.h and immap_cpm2.h, so they will conflic when included in a single file. The mcc struct is easy to deal with, since it isn't used in any driver (yet), so let's just rename QE version to qe_mcc. The ucb_ctlr is a bit trickier, since it is used by fsl_qe_udc driver, and the driver supports both CPM and QE UDCs, plus the QE version is used to form a bigger immap struct. I don't want to touch too much of USB code in this series, so for now let's just copy most generic version into the common cpm.h header, later we'll create cpm_usb.h where we'll place common USB structs that are used by QE/CPM UDC and QE Host drivers (FHCI). And as for the structs in qe.h and cpm2.h, just prefix them with qe_ and cpm_. Signed-off-by: Anton Vorontsov <avorontsov@ru.mvista.com> Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>

2008-08-04powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asmStephen Rothwell1-0/+483
from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc. Signed-off-by: Stephen Rothwell <sfr@canb.auug.org.au> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
