2009-06-16powerpc/85xx: cuboot - Fix up ethernet3 MAC address on MPC85xxNate Case1-0/+2
Some MPC85xx platforms do support 4 ethernet ports, so make sure the boot wrapper fixes up all of them in the fdt. Since MAC addresses are at the end of the bd_t structure there is no harm in expanding to support 4 MAC address on older 85xx systems that might not have that many. 2007-12-11[POWERPC] Use embedded libfdt in the bootwrapperDavid Gibson1-1/+1
This incorporates libfdt (from the source embedded in an earlier commit) into the wrapper.a library used by the bootwrapper. This includes adding a libfdt_env.h file, which the libfdt sources need in order to integrate into the bootwrapper environment, and a libfdt-wrapper.c which provides glue to connect the bootwrapper's abstract device tree callbacks to the libfdt functions. In addition, this changes the various wrapper and platform files to use libfdt functions instead of the older flatdevtree.c library. 2007-06-14[POWERPC] Consolidate cuboot initialization codeDavid Gibson1-11/+2
The various cuboot platforms (i.e. pre-device tree aware u-boot for 83xx, 85xx and Ebony) share a certain amount of code for parsing the boot parameters. To a certain extent that's inevitable, since they platforms have different definitions of the bd_t structure. However, with some macro work and a helper function, this patch improves the situation a bit. In the process, this fixes a bug on Ebony, which was incorrectly handling the parameters passed form u-boot for the command line (the bug was copied from 83xx and 85xx which have subsequently been fixed). 2007-05-12[POWERPC] U-boot passes the initrd as start/end, not start/size.Scott Wood1-1/+1
The boot wrapper platform init code on 83xx and 85xx using the cuboot platform type was incorrectly assuming that u-boot supplied the size of the initrd, whereas it actually supplies the end address. This fixes it. Signed-off-by: Scott Wood <scottwood@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: Paul Mackerras <paulus@samba.org>
