linux/irqchip/mips-gic.h is included in a few files that don't actually
use it at all. Remove these unnecessary inclusions in preparation for
removing the header.

Add initial support for boards based on the Imagination Pistachio SoC.
Pistachio is based on a dual-core MIPS interAptiv CPU and will boot
using device-tree.
