This patch drops support for AVR32 architecture from the Linux kernel.
The AVR32 architecture is not keeping up with the development of the
kernel, and since it shares so much of the drivers with Atmel ARM SoC,
it is starting to hinder these drivers to develop swiftly.
Also, all AVR32 AP7 SoC processors are end of lifed from Atmel (now
Microchip).
Finally, the GCC toolchain is stuck at version 4.2.x, and has not
received any patches since the last release from Atmel;
4.2.4-atmel.1.1.3.avr32linux.1. When building kernel v4.10, this
toolchain is no longer able to properly link the network stack.
Haavard and I have came to the conclusion that we feel keeping AVR32 on
life support offers more obstacles for Atmel ARMs, than it gives joy to
AVR32 users. I also suspect there are very few AVR32 users left today,
if anybody at all.

This patch wires up the new pkey_mprotect, pkey_alloc and pkey_free syscalls on
AVR32.

This patch swaps the mix of tabs and space for alignment of comment
after code to use spaces only.
Also document why recvmmsg was defined twice in the syscall_table.S
table, but only once in unistd.h. In short, wired in the table by
generic arch patch, but forgotten in unistd.h (review slip).

This patch wires up the new preadv2 and pwritev2 syscall on AVR32.
On AVR32, all parameters beyond the 5th are passed on the stack. System
calls don't use the stack -- they borrow a callee-saved register
instead. This means that syscalls that take 6 parameters must be called
through a stub that pushes the last parameter on the stack.

On AVR32, all parameters beyond the 5th are passed on the stack. System
calls don't use the stack -- they borrow a callee-saved register
instead. This means that syscalls that take 6 parameters must be called
through a stub that pushes the last parameter on the stack.
This relates to syscall fallocate, fanotify_mark, process_vm_readv, and
process_vm_writev.

For all uapi headers, need use "_UAPI" prefix for its guard macro
(which will be stripped by "scripts/headers_installer.sh").
Also remove redundant files (bitsperlong.h, errno.h, fcntl.h, ioctl.h,
ioctls.h, ipcbuf.h, kvm_para.h, mman.h, poll.h, resource.h, siginfo.h,
statfs.h, and unistd.h) which are already in Kbuild.
Also be sure that all "#endif" only have one empty line above, and each
file has guard macro.
