Setup a thermal zone driven by SoC temperature sensor.
Create passive trip points and bind them to CPUFreq cooling
device that supports power extension.
In R-Car Gen3, IPA is supported for only one channel
(on H3/M3/M3N SoCs, it is channel THS3). Reason:
Currently, IPA controls base on only CPU temperature.
And only one thermal channel is assembled closest
CPU cores is selected as target of IPA.
If other channels are used, IPA controlling is not properly.
The A5 cooling device supports 5 cooling states which can be categorised as
follows:
0 & 1) boost (clocking up)
2) default
3 & 4) cooling (clocking down)
Currently the thermal framework assumes that the default is the minimum,
or in other words there is no provision for handling boost states.
So this patch only describes the upper 3 states, default and cooling.
A single cooling device is described for all A57 CPUs and a separate
cooling device is described for all A53 CPUs. This reflects that physically
there is only one cooling device present for each type of CPU.
This patch improves on an earlier version by:
* Omitting cooling-max-level and cooling-min-level properties which
are no longer present in mainline as of v4.17
* Removing an unused trip-point0 node sub-property from the trips
property.
* Using cooling-device indexes such that maximum refers to maximum cooling
rather than the inverse.
* Defers adding dynamic-power-coefficient properties to a separate patch as
these are properties of the CPU.
The long signed-off by chain below reflects many revisions, mainly
internal, that this patch has been through.

The 'arm,armv8' compatible string is only for software models. It adds
little value otherwise and is inconsistently used as a fallback on some
platforms. Remove it from those platforms.

Before, BUSIF which is needed for DMA transfer was automatically handled
via SSI, but it cared BUSIF0 only.
Now, rsnd driver can handle BUSIF0-7 (= for Gen3) BUSIF0-3 (= for Gen2)
via SSIU, and it is keeping compatibility.
Thus, BUSIF0 settings via SSI had been kept to avoid git merge timing
issue / git bisect issue, but it is no longer needed.
This patch removes it.

Each CPU can (and does) participate in cooling down the system but the
DT only captures a handful of them, normally CPU0, in the cooling maps.
Things work by chance currently as under normal circumstances its the
first CPU of each cluster which is used by the operating systems to
probe the cooling devices. But as soon as this CPU ordering changes and
any other CPU is used to bring up the cooling device, we will start
seeing failures.
Also the DT is rather incomplete when we list only one CPU in the
cooling maps, as the hardware doesn't have any such limitations.
Update cooling maps to include all devices affected by individual trip
points.

Set the capacity-dmips-mhz for R-Car Gen3 SoCs, that is based on
dhrystone. The average in 10 times of dhrystone result as follows:
r8a7795 SoC (A57x4 + A53x4)
CPU max-freq dhrystone
---------------------------------
A57 1500 MHz 11470943 lps/s
A53 1200 MHz 4798583 lps/s
r8a7796 SoC (A57x2 + A53x4)
CPU max-freq dhrystone
---------------------------------
A57 1500 MHz 11463526 lps/s
A53 1200 MHz 4793276 lps/s
Based on above, capacity-dmips-mhz values are calculated as follows:
r8a7795 SoC
A57 : 1024 / (11470943 / 1500) * (11470943 / 1500) = 1024
A53 : 1024 / (11470943 / 1500) * ( 4798583 / 1200) = 535
r8a7796 SoC
A57 : 1024 / (11463526 / 1500) * (11463526 / 1500) = 1024
A53 : 1024 / (11463526 / 1500) * ( 4793276 / 1200) = 535
However, since each CPUs have different max frequencies, the final
CPU capacities of A53 are scaled by this difference, the values are
as follows.
[r8a7795 SoC]
$ cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpu_capacity
1024 <---- CPU capacity of A57

R-Car Gen3 SoCs need to enable/deassert clocks/resets of both usb 2.0

clocks/resets by its self.
Notes:
- To work the renesas_usbhs driver correctly when host side drivers
are disabled and the renesas_usbhs driver doesn't have multiple
clock management, this patch doesn't change the order of the clocks

Prior to this patch the port nodes only defined in board DTS files.
As the register properties are common this patch defines the port nodes
and provides register properties in the SoC DTS file.

On R-Car H3, on-chip peripheral modules that can make use of DMA are

Add the missing DMA properties pointing to SYS-DMAC2 for HSCIF[0-2],
SCIF[0125], and I2C[0-2]. These were initially left out because early
firmware versions prohibited using SYS-DMAC2. This restriction has been
lifted in IPL and Secure Monitor Rev1.0.6 (released on Feb 25, 2016).
