2011-08-12ARM: gpio: make trivial GPIOLIB implementation the defaultRussell King1-2/+0
Rather than marking the mach/gpio.h header files which want to use the trivial GPIOLIB implementation, mark those which do not want to use it instead. This means that by default, you get the trivial implementation and only have to do something extra if you need to. This should encourage the use of the trivial default implementation. As an additional bonus, several gpio.h header files become empty. 2011-08-12ARM: gpio: consolidate gpio_to_irqRussell King1-1/+0
Many of the gpio_to_irq implementations use the gpiolib version of this function. Provide the standard gpiolib gpio_to_irq() for everyone, but allow platforms to override it if they wish. Add a callback so that per-arch can do pre-sleep and post-resume gpio configuration so that for the S3C64XX, the GPIO configuration is restored before the sleep mode is cleared. Rather than the deprecated spi_s3c24xx_gpio driver. Only compile tested. Notice that the board support seems quite broken as the spi_s3c24xx_gpio platform device name was misspelled and there is no struct spi_board_info defined, but this atleast didn't make it any worse. map_info The set_vpp() method provided by physmap passes a map_info back to the platform code, which has little relevance as far as the platform is concerned (this parameter is completely unused). Instead, pass the platform_device, which can be used in the pismo driver to retrieve some important information in a nicer way, instead of the hack that was in place. The empty set_vpp function in board-at572d940hf_ek.c is left untouched, as the board/SoC is scheduled for removal. Define maps for HSMMC devices. S3C2443 has one HSMMC device with base address 0x4A800000. S3C2416 has HSMMC0 at 0x4AC00000 and HSMMC1 at 0x4A800000. So suppose that S3C2443 has only HSMMC1.
