2022-09-07USB/ARM: Switch S3C2410 UDC to GPIO descriptorsLinus Walleij1-1/+9
This converts the S3C2410 UDC USB device controller to use GPIO descriptor tables and modern GPIO. 2022-04-07ARM: s3c24xx: convert to sparse-irqArnd Bergmann1-1/+1
As a final bit of preparation for converting to ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM, change the interrupt handling for s3c24xx to use sparse IRQs. Since the number of possible interrupts is already fixed and relatively small per chip, just make it use all legacy interrupts preallocated using the .nr_irqs field in the machine descriptor, rather than actually allocating domains on the fly. 2022-03-31ARM: 9187/1: JIVE: fix return value of __setup handlerRandy Dunlap1-3/+3
__setup() handlers should return 1 to obsolete_checksetup() in init/main.c to indicate that the boot option has been handled. A return of 0 causes the boot option/value to be listed as an Unknown kernel parameter and added to init's (limited) argument or environment strings. Also, error return codes don't mean anything to obsolete_checksetup() -- only non-zero (usually 1) or zero. So return 1 from jive_mtdset(). 2021-11-16ARM: s3c: add one more "fallthrough" statement in JiveArnd Bergmann1-0/+1
clang warns about one missing fallthrough that gcc ignores: arch/arm/mach-s3c/mach-jive.c:250:2: error: unannotated fall-through between switch labels [-Werror,-Wimplicit-fallthrough] Add it here as well. Pull ARM SoC platform updates from Olof Johansson: "SoC changes, a substantial part of this is cleanup of some of the older platforms that used to have a bunch of board files. In particular: - Remove non-DT i.MX platforms that haven't seen activity in years, it's time to remove them. - A bunch of cleanup and removal of platform data for TI/OMAP platforms, moving over to genpd for power/reset control (yay!) - Major cleanup of Samsung S3C24xx and S3C64xx platforms, moving them closer to multiplatform support (not quite there yet, but getting close). There are a few other changes too, smaller fixlets, etc. For new platform support, the primary ones are: - New SoC: Hisilicon SD5203, ARM926EJ-S platform. - Cpufreq support for i.MX7ULP" * tag 'armsoc-soc' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc: (121 commits) ARM: mstar: Select MStar intc ARM: stm32: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones ARM: debug: add UART early console support for SD5203 ARM: hisi: add support for SD5203 SoC ARM: omap3: enable off mode automatically clk: imx: imx35: Remove mx35_clocks_init() clk: imx: imx31: Remove mx31_clocks_init() clk: imx: imx27: Remove mx27_clocks_init() ARM: imx: Remove unused definitions ARM: imx35: Retrieve the IIM base address from devicetree ARM: imx3: Retrieve the AVIC base address from devicetree ARM: imx3: Retrieve the CCM base address from devicetree ARM: imx31: Retrieve the IIM base address from devicetree ARM: imx27: Retrieve the CCM base address from devicetree ARM: imx27: Retrieve the SYSCTRL base address from devicetree ARM: s3c64xx: bring back notes from removed debug-macro.S ARM: s3c24xx: fix Wunused-variable warning on !MMU ARM: samsung: fix PM debug build with DEBUG_LL but !MMU MAINTAINERS: mark linux-samsung-soc list non-moderated ARM: imx: Remove remnant board file support pieces ...
2020-08-28ARM: s3c: Avoid naming clash of S3C24xx and S3C64xx timer setupKrzysztof Kozlowski1-2/+2
PWM timer initialization has two independent implementations - one for S3C24xx and one for S3C64xx. The naming however was always the same and before also the declaration was shared. This is confusing, error prone and might cause issues when trying to build multiplatform kernel. 2020-08-22ARM: s3c: make headers local if possibleArnd Bergmann1-7/+7
A lot of header files are only used internally now, so they can be moved to mach-s3c, out of the visibility of drivers. 2020-08-20ARM: s3c: move into a common directoryArnd Bergmann1-0/+684
s3c24xx and s3c64xx have a lot in common, but are split across three separate directories, which makes the interaction of the header files more complicated than necessary. Move all three directories into a new mach-s3c, with a minimal set of changes to each file.
