While at it, fix two checkpatch errors.
Several non-const struct instances constified by this patch were added after
the introduction of platform_suspend_ops in checkpatch.pl's list of "should
be const" structs (79404849e90a41ea2109bd0e2f7c7164b0c4ce73).
Patch against mainline.
Inspired by hunks of the grsecurity patch, updated for newer kernels.

BACKLIGHT_CORGI was later renamed to BACKLIGHT_GENERIC and has not been
used since then. As it's now safe to completely transition to LCD_CORGI
driver, which incorprates both the LCD and backlight device.

A pointer to a probe callback is passed to the core via
platform_driver_register and so the function must not disappear when the
.init sections are discarded. Otherwise (if also having HOTPLUG=y)
unbinding and binding a device to the driver via sysfs will result in an
oops as does a device being registered late.
An alternative to this patch is using platform_driver_probe instead of
platform_driver_register plus removing the pointer to the probe function
from the struct platform_driver.

sharpsl_pm.c code tries to read battery state very early during
resume, but those battery meters are connected on SPI and that's only
resumed way later.
Replace the check with simple checking of battery fatal signal, that
actually works at this stage.

Replace calls to pxa_gpio_mode with respective gpio_request() /
gpio_direction_input(). In principle these calls can be dropped as
the only use of those GPIO are IRQs and IRQ code does setup GPIO
correctly.

The remaining registers are separated into:
- <mach/regs-ost.h>
- <mach/regs-rtc.h>
- <mach/regs-intc.h>
and then we can remove pxa-regs.h completely. Instead of #include this
file, let's:
1. include the specific <mach/regs-*.h> with care (if that's absolutely
necessary)
2. define the registers in the driver, make cleanly defined API to expose
the register access to external with sufficient reason

Separate building of corgi_ssp.c, and introduce a new hidden config option
CONFIG_CORGI_SSP_DEPRECATED for this. Aslo mark corgi_ts.c and corgi_bl.c
as deprecated.
This unbreaks the legacy configs in {corgi,spitz}_defconfig, however, SPI
based ADS7846 touchscreen driver and a new SPI-based corgi_lcd.c driver
with integrated backlight support are recommended.

This reverts commit 68677ab3d08ed6d57be0c1ae4e4d364bb2d104b6.
A smoother migration path would be making corgi_ts.c and other drivers
depending on corgi_ssp.c and corgi_lcd.c to depend on BROKEN instead,
and still allows those to exist around for some time.

two reasons:
1. GPIO namings and their mode definitions are conceptually not part
of the PXA register definitions
2. this is actually a temporary move in the transition of PXA2xx to
use MFP-alike APIs (as what PXA3xx is now doing), so that legacy
code will still work and new code can be added in step by step

Patch from Richard Purdie
This patch adds a power and battery management core driver which with
the addition of the right device files, supports the c7x0 and cxx00
series of Sharp Zaurus handhelds.
The driver is complex for several reasons. Battery charging is manually
monitored and controlled. When suspended, the device needs to
periodically partially resume, check the charging status and then
re-suspend. It does without bothering the higher linux layers as
a full resume and re-suspend is unnecessary. The code is carefully
written to avoid interrupts or calling code outside the module under
these circumstances. It also vets the various wake up sources and
monitors the device's power situation.
Hooks to limit the backlight intensity and to notify the battery
monitoring code of backlight events are connected/added as the
backlight is one of the biggest users of power on the device.
