As mx25 has been converted to a dt-only platform, we do not need the "mx25.h"
header file anymore.
Remove it and also clean up all the mx25 occurences from the platform helper
code.

i.MX5 is DT only platforms, so these non-DT device registration helpers
is used nowhere. Remove them.

As mach/hardware.h is deleted, we need to use platform_device_id to
differentiate SoCs. Besides, one cpu_is_mx35 is useless as it has
already used pdata to differentiate runtime
Meanwhile we update the platform code accordingly.

It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself
from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include
hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h. The files in mach-imx/devices
will need to include "../hardware.h".

It moves platform device code from plat-mxc into mach-imx. Along with
that, header devices-common.h gets moved from plat-mxc/include/mach/
into mach-imx/devices/.
