at91_boot_soc and at91_init_soc structures are not used by any SoC, remove
their use. Also remove all the now empty SoC files.

For sama5d4, remove an indirection and the remaining need for at91_boot_soc
structure.
This will allow further cleanup.

SoC identification code, kernel uncompress and low level
debugging routines update.
On SAMA5D4, DBGU is at another address AT91_BASE_DBGU2 so another
round of detection is needed. We also had to differentiate with
SAMA5D3 SoC family and rename some variables.
