2020-01-27ARM: qcom_defconfig: Enable MAILBOXFrank Rowand1-0/+1
[ Upstream commit 54c2678cd198f61555796bbda5e1727e6e1858f1 ] Problem: ab460a2e72da ("rpmsg: qcom_smd: Access APCS through mailbox framework" added a "depends on MAILBOX") to RPMSG_QCOM_SMD, thus RPMSG_QCOM_SMD becomes unset since MAILBOX was not enabled in qcom_defconfig and is not otherwise selected for the dragonboard. When the resulting kernel is booted the mmc device which contains the root file system is not available. Fix: add CONFIG_MAILBOX to qcom_defconfig Fixes: ab460a2e72da ("rpmsg: qcom_smd: Access APCS through mailbox framework" added a "depends on MAILBOX") Signed-off-by: Frank Rowand <frank.rowand@sony.com> Reviewed-by: Bjorn Andersson <bjorn.andersson@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Andy Gross <andy.gross@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Sasha Levin <sashal@kernel.org>
2019-10-17USB: rio500: Remove Rio 500 kernel driverBastien Nocera5-5/+0
commit 015664d15270a112c2371d812f03f7c579b35a73 upstream. The Rio500 kernel driver has not been used by Rio500 owners since 2001 not long after the rio500 project added support for a user-space USB stack through the very first versions of usbdevfs and then libusb. Support for the kernel driver was removed from the upstream utilities in 2008: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/hadess/rio500/commit/943f624ab721eb8281c287650fcc9e2026f6f5db Cc: Cesar Miquel <miquel@df.uba.ar> Signed-off-by: Bastien Nocera <hadess@hadess.net> Cc: stable <stable@vger.kernel.org> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/6251c17584d220472ce882a3d9c199c401a51a71.camel@hadess.net Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@linuxfoundation.org>
