CPU9260 and CPU9G20 share the same PCB populated with either Atmel's AT91SAM9260B or AT91SAM9G20B with up to 64MB Strataflash, up to 128MB SDRAM, up to 2GB NAND and an ethernet PHY in RMII mode.
