2023-06-21ARM: dts: Move .dts files to vendor sub-directoriesRob Herring1-228/+0
The arm dts directory has grown to 1559 boards which makes it a bit unwieldy to maintain and use. Past attempts stalled out due to plans to move .dts files out of the kernel tree. Doing that is no longer planned (any time soon at least), so let's go ahead and group .dts files by vendors. This move aligns arm with arm64 .dts file structure. There's no change to dtbs_install as the flat structure is maintained on install. The naming of vendor directories is roughly in this order of preference: - Matching original and current SoC vendor prefix/name (e.g. ti, qcom) - Current vendor prefix/name if still actively sold (SoCs which have been aquired) (e.g. nxp/imx) - Existing platform name for older platforms not sold/maintained by any company (e.g. gemini, nspire) The whole move was scripted with the exception of MAINTAINERS and a few makefile fixups. 2021-01-31ARM: dts: sun8i-s3: pinecube: Fix CSI DTC warningsMaxime Ripard1-3/+0
Our CSI endpoint trigger some DTC warnings due to the fact that we're having a single endpoint that doesn't need any reg property, and since we don't have a reg property, we don't need the address-cells and size-cells properties anymore. Fix those Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime@cerno.tech> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Acked-by: Jernej Skrabec <jernej.skrabec@siol.net> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20210114113538.1233933-13-maxime@cerno.tech
2021-01-06ARM: dts: sun8i: Cleanup the Pinecube AXP209 nodePaul Kocialkowski1-6/+2
This fixes a few things with the Pinecube AXP209 node: - No compatible is required since it is using an AXP209 (not AXP203) according to the schematics and this is what the included axp209.dtsi already has; - The interrupt-controller and #interrupt-cells properties are already described in the included axp209.dtsi; - The interrupt comes through the NMI controller, not directly through the GIC. 2020-11-02ARM: dts: s3: pinecube: align compatible property to other S3 boardsMatteo Scordino1-1/+1
The compatible string in the Pine64 Pinecube dts diverges from the ones used in other S3 based boards, like the LicheePi and the Elimo Impetus and Initium. Discussion on LKML decided the PineCube should align to the others. 2020-09-28ARM: dts: sun8i: s3l: add support for Pine64 PineCube IP cameraIcenowy Zheng1-0/+235
The Pine64 PineCube IP camera is an IP camera with SoChip S3 SoC. It comes with a main board, an expansion board and a camera. The main board features a Micro-USB power-only jack, a USB Type-A port, an Ethernet port connected to the internal PHY of the SoC and a Realtek RTL8189ES SDIO Wi-Fi module. A RGB LCD connector is reserved on the board. The expansion board features a TF slot, a microphone, a speaker connector with on-board amplifier and a few IR LEDs. Add support for the kit, with features on the main board and the expansion board now.
