As suggested by Arnd Bergmann, mmc-aliases are supposed to be
board-specific, so move the newly added general aliases to
the board-level on rk322x-based boards.

A test with the command below gives for example this error:
arch/arm/boot/dts/rk3228-evb.dt.yaml: phy@0:
'#phy-cells' is a required property
The phy nodename is normally used by a phy-handle.
This node is however compatible with
"ethernet-phy-id1234.d400", "ethernet-phy-ieee802.3-c22"
which is just been added to 'ethernet-phy.yaml'.
So change nodename to 'ethernet-phy' for which '#phy-cells'
is not a required property
make ARCH=arm dtbs_check
DT_SCHEMA_FILES=~/.local/lib/python3.5/site-packages/dtschema/schemas/
phy/phy-provider.yaml

Update all 32bit rockchip devicetree files to use SPDX-License-Identifiers.
All files except rk3288-veyron-analog-audio.dtsi (which is GPL 2.0 only)
claim to be GPL and X11 while the actual license text is MIT. Use the
MIT SPDX tag for them.

This patch enables the integrated PHY for rk3228 evb board
by default.
To use the external 1000M PHY on evb board, need to make
some switch of evb board to be on.

We have the brother chipset that RK3228 and RK3229, they share most
of dts configuration, but there are a number of different features.
In order to develop the future when they are easy to distinguish,
we need them to be independent.

Only one of "broken-cd" and "non-removable" should be supplied
according to Documentation/devicetree/bindings/mmc/mmc.txt.
Obviously emmc and sdio-wifi are non-removable devices, while
broken-cd is for removable device whose card detect pin is broken.

This patch enables the tsadc for rk3228 evb board.
The rk3228 evb board uses the CRU to reset the chip since it hasn't the
PMIC to connect it, and TSHUT is low active on evb board.
