PicoXcell has had nothing but treewide cleanups for at least the last 8
years and no signs of activity. The most recent activity is a yocto vendor
kernel based on v3.0 in 2015.

'linux,stdout-path' has been deprecated for some time in favor of
'stdout-path'. Now dtc will warn on occurrences of 'linux,stdout-path'.
Search and replace all the of occurrences with 'stdout-path'.

The PC7302 board can be populated with either a PC3X2 or PC3X3 device.
Add DTS files for both variants of the PC7302.
