Separate the old imx7d-pico into cpu (imx7d-pico.dtsi) and baseboard
(imx7d-pico-pi.dts) dts so the same cpu dtsi can be used in different
baseboards variants.

and i.MX6 TX modules.
- Fix DTC warnings in i.MX device trees, dropping leading zeros from
unit address, correcting display nodes notation and display port
names, fixing nodes with unit name and no reg property.
- Other random device updates for various board support.

Fix dtc warnings for 'simple_bus_reg' due to leading 0s. Converted using
the following command:
perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find arch/arm/boot/dts -type -f -name '*.dts*'
Dropped changes to ARM, Ltd. boards LED nodes and manually fixed up some
occurrences of uppercase hex.

imx7d-pico has an ap6212 wifi chip connected to usdhc2 port.
Add support for the usdhc2 port and to the WL_REG_ON regulator
so Wifi can be functional on this board.

Currently the following eMMC error is seen:
mmc1: mmc_select_hs200 failed, error -74
On imx7d-pico the eMMC VCCQ is fixed at 3.15V, so pass the 'no-1-8-v'
property to properly describe that 1.8V operation is not possible.

imx7d-pico has the WDOG1_B pin connected to the PMIC, so add the
wdog1 node and use the 'fsl,ext-reset-output' property to
properly describe it.
