The old "ak" vendor prefix that was never officially accepted was still
being used in some device trees. Convert to the correct vendor prefix
(i.e. "asahi-kasei").

The dual_mac mode has been preserved the same way between legacy and new
driver, and one port devices works the same as 1 dual_mac port - it's safe
to switch drivers.
So, switch Octavo Systems OSD3358-SM-RED to use new cpsw switch driver.
Those boards have or 2 Ext. port wired and configured in dual_mac mode by
default, or only 1 Ext. port.

Having a single phandle reference for rtc0, mmc0 and am335x_pinmux makes
the DTS well-ordered and therefore more readable.

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.
Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
If not .svg:
For each line:
If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

The default is enabled, and there should be no need to reconfigure
the status for SoC internal devices in the board specific files.
Only the USB PHY used needs to be configured in the board specific
files.

Convert AM33xx to use the new clockdomain based layout. Previously the
clkctrl split was based on CM instance boundaries. The new layout
helps with introducing the interconnect driver instances.

Looks like we still have two instances of phy_handle that did not
get update by Grygorii's series. Let's replace these too with
standard phy-handle.
