As the entire soc_camera driver is on staging to be removed
soon, let's place there its documentation too.

All Documentation files outside the uAPI are all licensed with,
at least, GPL 2.0. So, mark them as such.
The ondes at media/uapi are at least GFDL 1.1+.

The AVR32 architecture support has been removed from the Linux kernel,
hence remove all references to it from Documentation.
