Some Renesas SCIF UARTs have dedicated lines for RTS/CTS hardware flow
control. Whether these lines exist depends on SoC and UART instance
inside the SoC. Whether these lines can be used for hardware flow
control depends on board wiring.
Amend the DT bindings with an optional property to indicate that RTS/CTS
hardware flow control lines exist, and can be used as such, according to
the Generic Serial DT Bindings.

Document a set of generic properties for describing UARTs in a

1. The GPIO modem control properties are currently duplicated across
hardware-specific binding documentation,
2. The property for dedicated RTS/CTS hardware flow control lines is
already supported by several drivers, albeit with a vendor-specific
prefix, hence make it generic.

As no platform defines an interface clock the SCI driver always falls
back to a clock named "peripheral_clk".
- On SH platforms that clock is the base clock for the SCI functional
clock and has the same frequency,
- On ARM platforms that clock doesn't exist, and clk_get() will return
the default clock for the device.
We can thus make the functional clock mandatory and drop the interface
clock.
EPROBE_DEFER is handled for clocks that may be referenced from DT (i.e.
"fck", and the deprecated "sci_ick").

Pull DeviceTree updates from Rob Herring:
"A fairly large (by DT standards) pull request this time with the
majority being some overdue moving DT binding docs around to
consolidate similar bindings.
- DT binding doc consolidation moving similar bindings to common
locations. The majority of these are display related which were
scattered in video/, fb/, drm/, gpu/, and panel/ directories.
- Add new config option, CONFIG_OF_ALL_DTBS, to enable building all
dtbs in the tree for most arches with dts files (except powerpc for
now).
- OF_IRQ=n fixes for user enabled CONFIG_OF.
- of_node_put ref counting fixes from Julia Lawall.
- Common DT binding for wakeup-source and deprecation of all similar
bindings.
- DT binding for PXA LCD controller.
- Allow ignoring failed PCI resource translations in order to ignore
64-bit addresses on non-LPAE 32-bit kernels.
- Support setting the NUMA node from DT instead of only from parent
device.
- Couple of earlycon DT parsing fixes for address and options"

Remove "mrvl,lpss-ssp" property from documentation because LPSS SSP type is
for certain Intel platforms. I believe commit a6e56c28a178
("ARM: pxa: ssp: add DT bindings") added it by accident by copying all
enum pxa_ssp_type types from include/linux/pxa2xx_ssp.h.
Please note this was removed from arch/arm/plat-pxa/ssp.c by the
commit b692cb83b14d ("ARM: pxa: ssp: Fix build error by removing originally
incorrect DT binding").

If the DW_apb_uart is configured with UART_16550_COMPATIBLE
configuration parameter set, then the Busy Functionality is
not available. These UARTs will never generate the Busy
detect indication interrupt, and therefore don't need
handling for it.
This creates a small optimization for the DW_apb_uarts
configured without the busy functionality, but more
importantly, it removes the small but real risk of hitting
potential issues caused by busy functionality handling when
no busy functionality exist.

"Here's our branch of ARM64 contents for this merge window.
Most of this is DT contents for new SoCs (or those who have seen new
device support added). Maybe we should stop separating out the arm64
contents here to avoid the kind of internal conflicts as we got this
time around, where 32- and 64-bit contents conflicted.
Anyhow, on the actual contents:
New SoCs:
- Broadcom North Star 2 (ns2)
- Marvell Berlin4CT
- Mediatek MT6795
- Rockchip RK3368
In addition, there are enhancements for the following platforms:
- Mediatek MT8173: cpuidle-dt updates, misc other additions
- ZyncMP: A bunch of devices added to the existing DTSI
- Qualcomm MSM8916 and APQ8016 updates for USB, etc.

Pull ARM DT updates from Olof Johansson:
"Ladies and gentlemen, we proudly announce to you the latest branch of
ARM device tree contents for the mainline kernel. Come and see, come
and see!
No less than twentythree thousand lines of additions! Just imagine the
joy you will have of using your mainline kernel on newly supported
hardware such as Rockchip Chromebooks, Freescale i.MX6UL boards or
UniPhier hardware!
For those of you feeling less adventurous, added hardware support on
platforms such as TI DM814x and Gumstix Overo platforms might be more
of your liking.
We've got something for everyone here!
Ahem. Cough. So, anyway...
This is the usual large batch of DT updates. Lots and lots of smaller
changes, some of the larger ones to point out are:
- Rockchip veyron (Chromebook) support, as well as several other new boards
- DRM support on Atmel AT91SAM9N12EK
- USB additions on some Allwinner platforms
- Mediatek MT6580 support
- Freescale i.MX6UL support
- cleanups for Renesas shmobile platforms
- lots of added devices on LPC18xx
- lots of added devices and boards on UniPhier
There's also some dependent code added here, in particular some
branches that are primarily merged through the clock tree"
