Pull ARM SoC late updates from Olof Johansson:
"A couple of late-merged changes that would be useful to get in this
merge window:
- Driver support for reset of audio complex on Meson platforms. The
audio driver went in this merge window, and these changes have been
in -next for a while (just not in our tree).
- Power management fixes for IOMMU on Rockchip platforms, getting
closer to kexec working on them, including Chromebooks.
- Another pass updating "arm,psci" -> "psci" for some properties that
have snuck in since last time it was done"

Pull ARM SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"The main addition this time around is the new ARM "SCMI" framework,
which is the latest in a series of standards coming from ARM to do
power management in a platform independent way.
This has been through many review cycles, and it relies on a rather
interesting way of using the mailbox subsystem, but in the end I
agreed that Sudeep's version was the best we could do after all.
Other changes include:
- the ARM CCN driver is moved out of drivers/bus into drivers/perf,
which makes more sense. Similarly, the performance monitoring
portion of the CCI driver are moved the same way and cleaned up a
little more.
- a series of updates to the SCPI framework
- support for the Mediatek mt7623a SoC in drivers/soc
- support for additional NVIDIA Tegra hardware in drivers/soc
- a new reset driver for Socionext Uniphier
- lesser bug fixes in drivers/soc, drivers/tee, drivers/memory, and

and bisection of that driver will fail if/when you walk into the

ARC AXS10x boards support custom IP-block which allows to control
reset signals of selected peripherals. For example DW GMAC, etc...
This block is controlled via memory-mapped register (AKA CREG) which
represents up-to 32 reset lines. This regiter is self-clearing so we
don't need to deassert line after reset.
As of today only the following lines are used:
- DW GMAC - line 5

There is no plan yet to do a v2 board. And even if we were to do it only
some IPs would actually change, so it be best to add suffixes at that
point, not now !

Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to
be in examples.

The reset controllers (on xRX200 and newer SoCs have two of them) are
provided by the RCU module. This was initially implemented as a simple
reset controller. However, the RCU module provides more functionality
(ethernet GPHYs, USB PHY, etc.), which makes it a MFD device.
The old reset controller driver implementation from
arch/mips/lantiq/xway/reset.c did not honor this fact.
For some devices the request and the status bits are different.

Add TI SCI reset controller binding. This describes the DT binding
details for a reset controller node providing reset management services
to hardware blocks (reset consumers) using the Texas Instrument's System
Control Interface (TI SCI) protocol to communicate to a system controller
block present on the SoC.

- A new driver for the power management controller on TI Keystone

Add DT bindings for the Renesas R-Car Reset Controller (R-Car Gen1
RESET/WDT and R-Car Gen2/Gen3 and RZ/G RST).
As the features provided by the hardware module differ a lot across the
various SoC families and members, only SoC-specific compatible values
are defined.
For now we use the RST only for providing access to the state of the
mode pins, which is needed by the clock driver.

I made a mistake as for naming for this block. The MIO block is not
implemented for these 3 SoCs in the first place. The current naming
will be a trouble if an SoC with both MIO and SD-ctrl blocks appear
in the future.
This driver has just been merged in the previous merge window.
Rename it before the release.
