drm/panel: Changes for v3.15-rc1
Add support for a couple more simple panels. A few cleanups to the
simple panel driver are also included (gpiod interface conversion,
removal of redundant call to regulator_disable()).

This binding specifies a set of common properties for display panels. It
can be used as a basis by bindings for specific panels.
Bindings for three specific panels are provided to show how the simple
panel binding can be used.
