The device tree bindings are updated to document the resets phandle, and
the example is updated to match what is expected for both the reset and
clock phandle.
Note that the bindings should have always had the reset controller, as
the hardware is unusable without it.

It's add support for cooling device creation to
aspeed-pwm-tacho.
Cooling device could be bound to a thermal zone
for the thermal control.

and Fan tach controller device driver
This binding provides interface for adding values related to ASPEED
AST2400/2500 PWM and Fan tach controller support.
The PWM controller can support upto 8 PWM output ports.
The Fan tach controller can support upto 16 tachometer inputs.
