These properties have been in use for a very long time (at least since
2005), but were never documented in chosen.txt.

Document the /chosen/kaslr-seed property (and its interaction with the
EFI_RNG_PROTOCOL API). Thanks to Ard for clarifications.

The Devicetree Specification has superseded the ePAPR as the
base specification for bindings. Update files in Documentation
to reference the new document.
First reference to ePAPR in Documentation/devicetree/bindings/arm/cci.txt
is generic, remove it.
Some files are not updated because there is no hypervisor chapter
in the Devicetree Specification:
Documentation/devicetree/bindings/powerpc/fsl/msi-pic.txt
Documenation/virtual/kvm/api.txt
Documenation/virtual/kvm/ppc-pv.txt

Add documentation for DT properties:
linux,usable-memory-range
linux,elfcorehdr
used by arm64 kdump. Those are, respectively, a usable memory range
allocated to crash dump kernel and the elfcorehdr's location within it.

The SMP release mechanism for FSL book3e is different from when booting
with normal hardware. In theory we could simulate the normal spin
table mechanism, but not at the addresses U-Boot put in the device tree
-- so there'd need to be even more communication between the kernel and
kexec to set that up. Instead, kexec-tools will set a boolean property
linux,booted-from-kexec in the /chosen node.

Add a global binding for the chosen node. Include a description of the
stdout-path, and an explicit statement on its extra options in the
context of a UART console.
Opening description stolen from www.devicetree.org, and part of the
remaining text provided by Mark Rutland.
